ABOUT
I got my start into filmmaking as a musician and later learned the principles and techniques through, shooting, editing and motion design. I have worked full-time and freelanced at various production companies, studios and networks in the recent past.
For the past 4 years (2007-2011) I was the director and co-owner of AB5TRAX, LLC. (a small production and design studio), in Los Angeles, CA. It was here where I further developed my skills working with various advertising agencies, movie studios, creatives and producers.
AB5TRAX was the creation and partnership of Seaton Lin and Hunter Woo. Together we brought our passion, knowledge and expertise to the field of entertaiment, advertising and design. AB5TRAX first started as an online identity to showcase creative, artistic and experimental projects in the form of music videos and shorts through nonlinear storytelling. In 2007 AB5TRAX offically incorporated to expand into more diverse partnerships and ventures with agencies and studios.
In the summer of 2007, Hunter and Seaton met on the set of Imagine That (Paramount Pictures, starring Eddie Murphy and Thomas Haden Church). It was from this project that lead to a mutual passion and outlet to combine our love of filmmaking, art, photography, music, and graphic design into the projects that we care about most.
AB5TRAX was owned and operated by Hunter Woo and Seaton Lin; 2007 - 2011.
